What should I do if I receive an "Invalid Username or Password" error while logging in?

Step 1: Try using the "Forgot your Password" option. Follow the instructions provided in FAQ 3.


Step 2: If you have already reset your password and still encounter the "Invalid Username or Password" error, please email hrdo@dlsl.edu.ph or file a support ticket through this link: https://wehelp.dlsl.edu.ph/support/tickets/new.

Alternatively, you may visit the HRD Office or ICTC Office for further assistance.
