What should I do if I receive an "Invalid Username or Password" error while logging in?

Step 1:

Try using the “Forgot your Password” option and follow the instructions provided in FAQ 3.


Step 2:

If you have already reset your password and still receive the “Invalid Username or Password” error, you may either email hrdo@dlsl.edu.ph

 or file a support ticket by following the steps below:

Click “LOGIN


If your DLSL email is already open, click “Continue with Google.”

Otherwise, log in using your DLSL email credentials.


Fill out the support ticket details.


Under Concern, select “HRIS.”


Select “Access Right.”


Click “SUBMIT” once completed.
