I am having problem on-boarding

Having problems with on-boarding? (Username and password not accepted?)

Validate your account using Office 365, change your password and on-board again using your new password.

*Note: Your password in Office 365 is same as your password on Wifi connection, changing your O365 password will also change your Wifi connection password. Use provided kiosks or any device with internet connection for Office 365 validation and password change.

  1. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and click Sign In.

  2. Input credentials and click Next
    A. Username: <E-Mail>
               i.e. juan_pedro_delacruz_ii@dlsl.edu.ph          

    B. Password: <student number + fist letter of first name + first letter of last name                (all caps)>

  3. If first time user, set up authentication phone and/or email.     

  4. Go to Settings and click Change your password. (see image below)

  5. Input your old password then create and confirm the new password and click Submit. 

  6. Your password is now updated! Connect to Wifi on-boarding using your new password!
