What should I do if I haven't received my Welcome Email or can't access the student online portal?

If you're a new student and haven't received your Welcome Email or are having trouble accessing the DLSL portal, ensure that you have a student number. If not, verify if your reservation was posted via the RS report, then contact the ICTC for assistance with the Welcome Email or portal access issues. For other portal-related concerns, such as incorrect passwords or login errors, please refer to the ICTC support team for assistance.
