Enrollment Process for New Students
- Upon receipt of the Notice of Admission (NOA), pay for the reservation fee, then complete the pre-enrollment link provided by the Admissions Office
- Wait for the Official DLSL Email account to be sent to the registered email address before the scheduled enrollment date
- Submit a hard copy of the required documents:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Report Card F138 (For SHS Graduates)
- Transcript of Records and Transfer Credentials (for Transferees)
- Notice of Admission
- Enrollment Information Sheet (to be provided by the Records Section)
- 2x2 picture
- For transferees, proceed to the Enrollment In-Charge to secure the course crediting form
- Accomplish the Course Crediting Form and Enrollment Form in coordination with the Program Chair or Academic Adviser
- Submit the approved Course Crediting Form, Program of Study and Enrollment Form to the Registrar's Office for encoding to the system
- Access the Assessment Form through the MyDcampus Portal using the DLSL Email Account
- Pay the enrollment fee by clicking on the Pay Online button
- Note: Payment through Dragonpay - within 24 hours after successful payment
- Payment through other channels - 2- 3 working days upon receipt or bank report
- Once payment is posted, you may access your Certificate of Registration (COR) icon at MyDCampus Portal as proof that you are officially enrolled at DLSL.
Enrollment Process for Old Students
- Click the semester you will enroll in.
- Click Continue
- A. For Regular Students:
a. Click Continue
B. For Irregular Students
a. Search the course that you want to enroll
b. Select the class that you want to enroll
c. Then click Registered Selected
d. If you selected all the courses to enroll in, Click Continue - Choose your Payment Plan (from Plan A,B, C)
- Confirm your Enrollment, Verify whether the courses are complete and alighn with those in your curriculum, Click continue
- Click Print Pre Assessment to view the breakdown of fees and your schedule.
- Select from DragonPay and UBPay
- Select the Academic Year that you will enroll in, Click Next
- Click "1st payment" for plan B and plan C payment
- Click "Full Payment" for plan A payment
a. Click Pay Now
b. Select your Payment Option
c. Check "I agree to the terms and conditions", click select
d. Enter your email for the payment instructions, then check the email for the sent payment instructions - After Making your payment, please wait for your payment to be posted. You are officially enrolled when your status is marked as "Registered"

Enrollment Process for Returnees
- Send an email to [email protected] and present the approved LOA Form for verification and endorsement to the Enrollment and Evaluation in charge of encoding the subjects to be enrolled
- If the student was not able to process LOA, the following procedure should be done:
- Secure Re-Admission approval on previous academic status to the Verification In-Charge of Registrar Office or email [email protected]
- Solicit the approval of the re-admission to the respective College Dean/Program Chair
- Submit the approved Re-Admission to the Verification In- Charge at the Office of the Registrar with the approved Course Crediting Form, Program of Study, and Enrollment Form for encoding to the system
- Access the Assessment Form through the MyDcampus Portal using the DLSL Email Account
- Pay the Enrollment fee by clicking on the Pay Online button
- Note: Payment through Dragonpay - within 24 hours after successful payment
- Payment through other channels - 2- 3 working days upon receipt or bank report
- Once payment is posted, you may access your Certificate of Registration (COR) icon at MyDCampus Portal as proof that you are officially enrolled at DLSL.
