What is the enrollment process for college students?

Enrollment Process for New Students

  1. Upon receipt of the Notice of Admission (NOA), pay for the reservation fee, then complete the pre-enrollment link provided by the Admissions Office
  2. Wait for the Official DLSL Email account to be sent to the registered email address before the scheduled enrollment date
  3. Submit a hard copy of the required documents:
    1. PSA Birth Certificate
    2. Report Card F138 (For SHS Graduates)
    3. Transcript of Records and Transfer Credentials (for Transferees)
    4. Notice of Admission
    5. Enrollment Information Sheet (to be provided by the Records Section)
    6. 2x2 picture
  4. For transferees, proceed to the Enrollment In-Charge to secure the course crediting form
    1. Accomplish the Course Crediting Form and Enrollment Form in coordination with the Program Chair or Academic Adviser
    2. Submit the approved Course Crediting Form, Program of Study and Enrollment Form to the Registrar's Office for encoding to the system
  5. Access the Assessment Form through the MyDcampus Portal using the DLSL Email Account
  6. Pay the enrollment fee by clicking on the Pay Online button
    1. Note: Payment through Dragonpay - within 24 hours after successful payment
    2. Payment through other channels - 2- 3 working days upon receipt or bank report
  7. Once payment is posted, you may access your Certificate of Registration (COR) icon at MyDCampus Portal as proof that you are officially enrolled at DLSL.

 

Enrollment Process for Old Students

  1. During the scheduled pre-enrollment, accomplish the Pre-Enrollment Form sent via LMS Canvas Inbox
  2. Accomplish the Form by enlisting all the subjects to be enrolled based on the appropriate curriculum
  3. For irregular students, coordinate with the Academic Adviser to secure approval of the subjects to be enrolled
  4. Access the Assessment Form through the MyDcampus Portal using the DLSL Email Account
  5. Pay the enrollment fee by clicking on the Pay Online button
    1. Note: Payment through Dragonpay - within 24 hours after successful payment 
    2. Payment through other channels - 2- 3 working days upon receipt or bank report
  6. Once payment is posted, you may access your Certificate of Registration (COR) icon at MyDCampus Portal as proof that you are officially enrolled at DLSL.

 

Enrollment Process for Returnees

  1. Send an email to verification.college@dlsl.edu.ph and present the approved LOA Form for verification and endorsement to the Enrollment and Evaluation in charge of encoding the subjects to be enrolled
  2. If the student was not able to process LOA, the following procedure should be done:
    1. Secure Re-Admission approval on previous academic status to the Verification In-Charge of Registrar Office or email verification.college@dlsl.edu.ph
    2. Solicit the approval of the re-admission to the respective College Dean/Program Chair
    3. Submit the approved Re-Admission to the Verification In- Charge at the Office of the Registrar with the approved Course Crediting Form, Program of Study, and Enrollment Form for encoding to the system
  3. Access the Assessment Form through the MyDcampus Portal using the DLSL Email Account
  4. Pay the Enrollment fee by clicking on the Pay Online button
    1. Note: Payment through Dragonpay - within 24 hours after successful payment 
    2. Payment through other channels - 2- 3 working days upon receipt or bank report
  5. Once payment is posted, you may access your Certificate of Registration (COR) icon at MyDCampus Portal as proof that you are officially enrolled at DLSL.
