It's my enrollment date, but I still can't access my assessment

If you had failures, the following shall serve as a reference for academic dismissal:

• Monitoring of students’ failures shall be done by the respective academic advisers.

• Students’ enrollment will automatically be canceled in the enrollment system if the students have exceeded the allowable maximum units of failure.

• The Registrar will do a re-evaluation of academic records to verify the total number of units of failure incurred based on the curriculum of his/her program.

• Visit your Enrollment and Evaluation In-Charge if you have other inquiries.
