How To View Your Assessment

Viewing of student assessment form is available to you during the scheduled dates of enrollment.
During the scheduled dates, click the "Assessment Form" button to show your student assessment form.
If you have already paid the assessment amount, the form will no longer be available to you hence it will be replaced by your C.O.R. (Certificate Of Registration).
There are a couple of reasons why at some point you can't view your assessment form:
1. You have an existing accountability.
2. You still have an unpaid balance in your SOA (Statement Of Account)
3. Your assessment is currently being prepared for you (Please check with the Office of the Registrar for the availability of your assessment).
