Enrollment Process Second Semester AY 2024

  1. Click Enrollment
  2. Click the semester you will enroll in.
  3. Click Continue

  4. A. For Regular Students:
    a. Click Continue
    B. For Irregular Students
    a. Search the course that you want to enroll
    b. Select the class that you want to enroll
    c. Then click Registered Selected
    d. If you selected all the courses to enroll in, Click Continue

  5. Choose your Payment Plan (from Plan A,B, C)
  6. Confirm your Enrollment, Verify whether the courses are complete and alighn with those in your curriculum, Click continue
  7. Click Print Pre Assessment to view the breakdown of fees and your schedule.
  8. Select from DragonPay and UBPay
  9. Select the Academic Year that you will enroll in, Click Next
  10. Click "1st payment" for plan B and plan C payment

  11. Click "Full Payment" for plan A payment
    a. Click Pay Now
    b. Select your Payment Option
    c. Check "I agree to the terms and conditions", click select
    d. Enter your email for the payment instructions, then check the email for the sent payment instructions


  12. After Making your payment, please wait for your payment to be posted. You are officially enrolled when your status is marked as "Registered"
